located in a less-than-desirable neighbourhood, situated just on the end of hollis boulevard, sits this little apartment, in this very large building. to cut back on costs, and raise more rent, they crammed as many rooms into this place as possible. but they also charge the lowest rent in the city. two bedroom, one bathroom apartment. kitchenette and small living room + den. see floorplan here.

`SUMMERWALK APARTMENTS ! - 1 Viewing
its not as if there are dead bodies lying in the hallway and blood smears on the wall, but it isn't perfect, either. the main locking system for the downstairs lobby works alright and there is no night-guard, but the rooms are secure enough. the rooms range from 1 to 3 bedrooms, though most are much too small. the building itself is on the edge of the downtown night district, and although it would appear to have a good location for young adults, the quality of living there isn't that great (the kitchens in most rooms are almost non-existant. those with 3 bedrooms do have a stove & fridge).

this particular residence sits on the 32nd level of aspira - a recently new and green apartment building. it's locations is perfect - sitting close to retails stores, restaurants, parks, transportation and many other things. this building is ideal for those who like to be able to walk and shop. the neighborhood is young and lively and relatively safe making it an excellent place to stay. apsira also has some rather breathtaking views of the space needle, the bay, and the city at night. the apartment itself is large and spacious with two bed rooms and two baths. however, the second bedroom does not function as a bedroom but rather as a piano room. the size is perfect for its current resident and all his needs.
